Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items—whether they are custom-designed or premade. We believe in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer, and each order is crafted or selected with you in mind.

Your satisfaction is still our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order—such as a defect, damage, or if something doesn’t meet your expectations—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Color & Handmade Variations

At XIIV Studio, we strive to accurately represent our products through our photos and descriptions. However, please note the following:
