Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items—whether they are custom-designed or premade. We believe in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer, and each order is crafted or selected with you in mind.

Your satisfaction is still our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order—such as a defect, damage, or if something doesn’t meet your expectations—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring you have a positive experience with XIIV Studio. Color & Handmade Variations

At XIIV Studio, we strive to accurately represent our products through our photos and descriptions. However, please note the following:

• Handmade Variations: Many of our products are handmade or custom-crafted, meaning slight differences in print alignment, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the creation process and do not qualify as defects.
